Froude Number

Froude number is a dimensionless number and is used in characterization of fluid flow phenomena. It is denoted by Fr. 

Grashof Number

It is used in heat transfer operation, especially in free convection. It is denoted by Gr.

Power Number

Power number is a dimensionless number. It is used in momentum transfer operation and in the calculation of power consumption in agitator. It is denoted by N_P. 

Rayleigh Number

Rayleigh number is a dimensionless number. It is used in fluid mechanics and in heat transfer operation related to free convection. It is denoted by Ra.
